I have had my fair share of crazy dieting, weight loss and weight gain, feeling confused about where to start and contradicting advice from the "experts".
What I finally decided to do was learn nutrition myself - I decided to stop buying into the next greatest weight loss schemes promoted in magazines and TV.
By learning about nutrition I was able to dismiss crazy diet and fitness fads and actually create a healthy body of my own that I am totally proud of.
